The MYndTheater project is co-funded by the EU. The project aims to promote mental health among youth by using forum theater methodology to address the challenges of digital environments.

It focuses on developing key competencies in young people, including knowledge skills, life skills, psycho-emotional skills, and practical skills.

About the Project

In today’s world, digital technology is deeply woven into the lives of young people. It shapes how they connect, learn, express themselves, and form their identities. But with this constant connectivity comes a growing wave of risks—online harassment, cyberbullying, hate speech, social isolation, and more—that directly affect their emotional and psychological well-being.

MYndTheater is a dynamic and innovative project designed to tackle these challenges. Using the powerful methodology of Forum Theater, we work with youth across diverse backgrounds to explore and confront the issues they face in digital spaces—creatively, critically, and collectively.

Our Mission

We aim to promote the mental health of young people by developing key skills—knowledge, emotional resilience, self-awareness, communication, and practical tools for digital safety. Through theater, we help youth navigate the dual realities of online and offline life, empowering them to take control of their stories.

"In a world where young voices are often drowned out by noise, MYndTheater gives them a stage—not just to speak, but to be heard, healed, and empowered."
