The Capacity Building Meeting in Albania

The Capacity Building Meeting will take place in Albania (Tirana, 5 days with 4 participants from each country). The main objective of this meeting is to develop practical skills in youth worker, related to the Forum Theater methodology. The meeting will focus on the following topics:
– Exercises, and effective practices to use when creating Forum Theatre
– Creation and performance for social change
– How to face the forum theater and choose the topic
– Considerations and practices to follow when scripting Forum Theater plays
– Elaboration of the proposed activities, exercises and games to be implemented in the scenic representation.
– The role of the jocker
– Improvisation techniques
– Strategies to encourage active audience participation
During the 5 days of activities, the participants will work in mixed groups to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the first part of the day. Is expected that each group after having identified and selected a problem originated in digital environments develop a performance applying the learned methodology and present it at the end of the meeting in order to motivate debate and feedback between groups.
